In her current role at License Corporation, Linda Brzezinski brings extensive leadership experience in building scalable HR ecosystems for high-growth, technology-enabled organizations. She is tasked with strengthening organizational culture, modernizing HR systems, and designing people strategies aligned to License Corporation’s nationwide compliance technology expansion.
Prior to this appointment, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Brandon J. Broderick, Personal Injury Attorney at Law, where she led a major cultural and operational transformation, significantly improving employer branding, employee engagement, hiring productivity, and workforce performance while modernizing HR systems and compliance frameworks.
She earlier co-founded and served as CEO & Co-Founder at Anodz, Inc., a B2B SaaS enterprise intelligence platform, where she architected enterprise-wide HR strategies, digital HR automation, workforce analytics systems, and large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple industries including legal, insurance, real estate, and financial services.
Her prior leadership journey also includes senior HR leadership roles such as Global SVP of Human Resources at Mediaocean, SVP Human Resources & Operations at Mediabank (now Mediaocean), and national leadership positions at Sagence, NFP Corporate Services, Tru Realty, and multiple technology and professional services firms—where she consistently led organizational design, M&A integrations, global HR transformations, talent strategy, and HR technology modernization initiatives.
