Her tenure at BC Platforms further solidified her expertise, overseeing HR initiatives that propelled the company to the forefront of data-driven healthcare solutions.
In her earlier roles, Chiorazzo shaped the people strategies of several leading organizations, including a significant period as Director of People Operations at BC Platforms, where she was pivotal in driving HR transformations that aligned with corporate growth objectives. Her career also spans impactful stints at Great Place to Work® Finland and Valona Intelligence, where she led initiatives to optimize employee performance and satisfaction.
