Before joining Laxmi Organic, Milind Vaidya was pivotal at Atotech Group as the Head of Technology, where he led significant technological advancements from August 2021 to April 2024. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Technology Officer at Savita Oil Technologies Limited, focusing on innovation in oil technologies from November 2018 until August 2021. Vaidya’s experience also includes a notable tenure at Gulf Oil International Group as Vice President of Customer Value Proposition, where he utilized product technical capabilities to build customer propositions.
In earlier roles, Vaidya was involved in managing technology and product strategies at major firms such as BP-Castrol and GE, where his leadership covered regional responsibilities and global quality assurance projects. This extensive background illustrates Vaidya’s capability in leading complex operations and strategic projects across international markets.
