Adelaide, South Australia, Australia, December 2025 — 1414 Degrees Ltd (ASX: 14D) has announced the appointment of Peter N. Yaron as Chief Technology and Operations Officer. In his new role, Yaron will lead the company’s technical and operational strategy, overseeing the development and commercialisation of its renewable energy and decarbonisation technology portfolio, strengthening scale-up, product development, and intellectual property leadership across its clean industrial heat and hydrogen platforms.
At 1414 Degrees Ltd, Peter N. Yaron has assumed the role of Chief Technology and Operations Officer, leading the company’s technology development, product commercialisation and operations strategy as it scales its SiBox® thermal energy storage and SiPHyR™ clean hydrogen platforms for global industrial decarbonisation.
Previously, Yaron served as Managing Director at 4th State Advisory, where he advised companies across ESG, renewable energy, decarbonisation, deep-tech investment due diligence, IP strategy, governance, and technology commercialisation, supporting venture growth and industrial innovation.
He also held academic leadership roles at Flinders University as Adjunct Associate Professor, contributing advanced research in nuclear fusion materials simulation and high-performance computing, reinforcing his deep scientific and engineering credentials.
Earlier, at Chargefox, Yaron served as National Infrastructure Manager, leading nationwide EV charging, solar and battery infrastructure projects, network planning, and smart-charging grant initiatives during a major industry growth phase.
His leadership journey includes senior operational roles at Life Whisperer and Presagen as Chief Operating Officer, where he drove AI-enabled medical technology scale-up, SaaS operations, regulatory compliance and product commercialisation.
Earlier in his career, at Micro-X Ltd, Yaron led R&D and production teams in delivering the world’s first commercialised carbon nanotube X-ray source and supporting ASX IPO readiness, technology scale-up and defence-industry joint ventures.
He also built a strong technical foundation at Lexmark, Carnegie Mellon University, the Australian National University, and the University of Tennessee, progressing through R&D leadership and post-doctoral research roles across advanced materials science, computational modelling and manufacturing technology development.
