Previously, he served as AGM – HR at Universal AI University, where he led core HR operations and acted as a strategic HR partner for the institution’s leadership.
Earlier, he worked as HR Manager at Superhard Research Centre and Madhu Silica Pvt. Ltd., actively driving manpower planning, recruitment, compliance and end-to-end HR operations across manufacturing environments.
Before this, he held senior HR leadership roles at KGK Diamonds (I) Pvt Ltd, Ravi Technoforge Pvt Ltd and SAL Infracon Pvt Ltd, managing workforce planning, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management systems and payroll governance. He began his HR career at Kiran Gems Pvt Ltd, building foundational experience in HR operations and workforce administration.
