Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2026 — Groupe SEB India has announced the appointment of Jasjeet Kaur as its Chief Executive Officer, effective December 2025. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving overall business performance, strengthening market leadership across categories, and accelerating profitable growth as the company advances its expansion plans in the Indian market.
Jasjeet Kaur has spent over five years with Groupe SEB India, most recently serving as Vice President – Sales (E-commerce, Modern Trade, Exports and B2B) after a successful tenure as Vice President – Marketing. During this period, she played a critical role in strengthening the Group’s market position in India, notably leading the launch and expansion of the premium international brand Tefal and building sharper alignment between marketing and sales functions to support omnichannel growth.
Prior to joining Groupe SEB India, Jasjeet served as Marketing Head – TISVA at Usha International, where she led premium lighting brand development. She also held senior leadership roles at ASSA ABLOY Group as Product and Marketing Director – South Asia, and at Hindware Limited as Associate Vice President – Marketing, strengthening brand architecture and category development initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she spent close to two years at VE Commercial Vehicles (Volvo Eicher) as Deputy General Manager – Marketing, where she led heavy-duty category marketing and market-share initiatives. She also spent over seven years with Kohler India Corp. Pvt. Ltd., driving product management and marketing communications, brand strategy, and consumer research, following earlier strategic marketing roles at Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd. and Evalueserve.
Jasjeet Kaur holds a PGDM in Marketing and Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Power Electronics from Nagpur University.
