Christy Treese Appointed as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Globus Medical

In her most recent progression within Globus Medical, Christy Treese has steadily advanced through senior leadership responsibilities, having served in key roles including Vice President of Human Resources and Director, Global HR Business Partner – Corporate, Business Units & Talent Management. Across these roles, she has been instrumental in shaping enterprise-wide talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives, supporting the organization’s rapid growth and integration following major acquisitions.

Before her current leadership trajectory at Globus Medical, Christy Treese held impactful people leadership roles within NuVasive, where she served in senior HR business partnering and global leadership positions. Her work focused on corporate functions, research and development, spine and orthopedic business units, and DE&I-driven leadership programs, strengthening organizational capability and leadership pipelines.

Earlier in her career, she built a strong foundation in human resources compliance, corporate HR leadership, and people operations across organizations including Total Package Professional Services and public-sector institutions, gaining deep expertise in compliance governance, workforce analytics, policy design, and HR transformation initiatives.

Her career also includes leadership roles in strategic partnerships, sales and marketing, and operations, giving her a unique cross-functional perspective that bridges business strategy with people leadership.
