Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States, July 2026 — Regal Rexnord has appointed Aamir Paul as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this role, he will lead the company’s global strategy, operations, and growth initiatives, guiding the organization as it continues to deliver sustainable motion control, power transmission, and automation solutions across industries worldwide.
Aamir brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience spanning industrial technology, energy management, manufacturing, and enterprise sales. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for driving business transformation, accelerating growth, strengthening customer relationships, and leading high-performing global organizations.
Prior to joining Regal Rexnord, Aamir spent over 13 years with Schneider Electric, where he most recently served as President, North America and a Member of the Executive Committee. In this role, he was responsible for one of the company’s largest regional businesses, leading strategy, operations, commercial growth, and customer engagement across North America. Earlier, he served as Country President, US, Senior Vice President – US Business Operations, and Senior Vice President – US Sales and Business Development, helping expand Schneider Electric’s leadership in digital energy management, automation, and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
Before Schneider Electric, Aamir built an accomplished 13-year career at Dell Technologies, holding several senior leadership positions across the United States and Europe. His leadership responsibilities included serving as Senior Vice President, Global Server Solutions Sales, Vice President – Server Solutions Sales, Americas, Vice President – Global Public Segment Sales Operations and Strategy, and executive leadership roles overseeing major commercial businesses across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. During this period, he led multi-billion-dollar businesses, global sales organizations, strategic planning initiatives, and business integration programs while driving sustained commercial growth.
Beyond his executive leadership experience, Aamir actively contributes to industry and business organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) and USG, and is a member of The Economic Club of Chicago and World 50. He has also served on the boards of several leading industry organizations, including the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA), AlphaStruxure, The Executives’ Club of Chicago, Enable, National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED), and ETAP, reflecting his broad influence across manufacturing, energy, and industrial innovation.
