Hyderabad, Telangana, India, March 2026 – Punam Attar has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Vasudha Pharma Chem Ltd, marking a strategic addition to the company’s leadership team as it strengthens its people and culture agenda for future growth.
With over two decades of experience in human resources leadership, Punam Attar brings deep expertise in talent strategy, organizational development, and people-first practices, aligning closely with Vasudha Pharma’s ambition to build a high-performing and future-ready workforce.
Prior to this appointment, Punam Attar was associated with Granules India Limited as Lead HR & Admin, where she contributed to strengthening HR operations and workforce management in a fast-evolving pharmaceutical environment.
Before that, she served as Site HR Head at MSN Laboratories, where she led site-level HR strategy, supporting manufacturing operations and driving talent and employee engagement initiatives in a complex industrial setup.
She also held the role of Admin Manager at Abbott, gaining exposure to structured global HR and administrative frameworks within a multinational healthcare environment.
Earlier in her career, she spent over 14 years with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where she played a key role across multiple HR domains including organization development, employee engagement, performance management, industrial relations, and HR analytics. Her contributions included driving workforce planning, implementing leadership development programs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through structured HR interventions.
She began her professional journey in operations and manufacturing roles, gaining hands-on experience in production and warehouse management, which adds a strong operational perspective to her HR leadership.
Punam Attar holds a Post Graduate Certification in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, further strengthening her strategic HR capabilities.
