Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 – Milestone Inc has announced the appointment of Navneet Gupta as Global HR Head, strengthening its global leadership team as the AI-first digital experience and martech platform accelerates its international growth. In his new role, Navneet will lead Milestone’s global people strategy, talent architecture, leadership capability building and culture transformation agenda to support the company’s expanding global operations.
Navneet joins Milestone after over three years with fabric as Head of People – Asia, where he led regional people strategy, culture change, performance management, talent development and total rewards frameworks across fast-growing digital and technology businesses.
Prior to this, he served as Lead HRBP at Aakash Educational Services Limited, supporting large-scale workforce transformation initiatives in the education sector. He also worked as a People Consultant at i4 Consulting, advising organisations on HR blueprint redesign, talent and learning frameworks and change management programmes.
Earlier in his career, Navneet held leadership roles at Cure.fit as Head HR – Fitness Business, at PUMA Group as Head – Corporate HR, and at Bharti Airtel across multiple strategic HR roles, building strong foundations in talent management, learning and development, workforce transformation and organisational capability building across large consumer and telecom ecosystems.
He began his professional journey with Tata Consultancy Services and Intel Corporation, laying a strong foundation in technology and HR systems before transitioning into senior people leadership roles.
Navneet Gupta holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.
