Hoofddorp, North Holland, Netherlands, May 2026 — Philippe Tielens has announced his new role as Chief Financial Officer at Fokker Services Group, bringing extensive international leadership experience across aerospace, defense, rail, cybersecurity, and strategic finance.
Philippe joins Fokker Services Group after serving as Finance Director Alstom Benelux, where he led finance for an €800M+ business across seven sites and 2,600 employees. During his tenure, he drove business growth, transformation, operational excellence, and team development across the rail sector.
Before Alstom, Philippe held senior leadership roles at ArianeGroup, where he served as Head of Finance Launchers Development (Ariane 6) and CFO Europropulsion, overseeing large-scale aerospace development programs, financial governance, risk management, and strategic performance.
His earlier career was deeply rooted in Airbus, where he spent nearly two decades across multiple leadership positions including CFO Airbus Cyber Security, Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions, Senior Manager M&A, and strategic finance roles supporting digital innovation and business growth.
Across his career, Philippe has built expertise in finance leadership, M&A, transformation, governance, strategic planning, operational scaling, and international business development.
