Before this, he spent over four years with Bristol Myers Squibb as Senior Director Human Resources France and Deputy to the General Manager, where he led the HR integration of BMS and Celgene in France following a landmark global merger. His work included large-scale cultural transformation, executive committee rebuilding, HR process harmonization, major restructurings, employer branding and CSR advancement, and a notable improvement in employee engagement scores.

Earlier, Lescoeur held senior HR leadership roles at Celgene and Novartis, where he scaled HR functions to support rapid growth, led global medical affairs HR transformations, and served on executive committees across France and Switzerland. His career also includes consulting and transformation leadership roles with Eurogroup Consulting and Beijaflore, as well as early commercial experience with Henkel.
