Zurich, Switzerland, January 2026 – Julia Sophia Sander has started a new professional chapter as Chief People Officer at CPM.Partners, taking on the responsibility of leading the firm’s global people and culture agenda. In her new role, Sander will spearhead talent strategy, HR transformation, organizational development and workforce enablement, supporting CPM.Partners’ growth ambitions in the fast-evolving Corporate Performance Management (CPM) advisory and solutions landscape.
Prior to joining CPM.Partners, Sander spent nearly five years with Deloitte Switzerland, where she held senior HR leadership roles including HR Technology & Transformation Manager and Head of Human Resources Operations. In these capacities, she led large People Services teams across Zurich and Geneva, drove national and international HR system implementations, managed organizational restructuring programs, collaborated closely with Swiss authorities and stakeholders, and strengthened governance, transparency and operational efficiency across HR operations.
Earlier at Deloitte, she served as Senior HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Specialist, where she managed end-to-end recruitment cycles, workforce lifecycle processes, compliance-critical HR administration and cross-border employment processes, building a strong foundation in people operations, talent acquisition and HR process optimization.
Before Deloitte, Sander worked with Bayer as an HR Services Professional, overseeing full employee life-cycle management across talent acquisition, mobility, payroll, compensation & benefits and HR project management. She began her HR career with The Adecco Group and DSJ Global, gaining deep exposure to HR services, recruitment consulting and European HR market development, following an early stint with Lenz & Staehelin in legal and regulatory administration.
