Tarrytown, New York, United States, January 2026 — Meredith Marlin has started a new position as Senior Vice President, Total Rewards at Regeneron, marking a significant leadership progression within the global biopharmaceutical company. In her new role, Marlin is responsible for compensation, benefits, and global mobility worldwide, leading a team of more than 25 professionals and shaping the future of the Total Rewards function as a member of Regeneron’s HR leadership team.
Marlin’s appointment follows a steady and impactful progression within Regeneron over more than six years. Most recently, she served as Vice President and Head of Total Rewards, having earlier held roles as Executive Director, Senior Director, and Head of Total Rewards. Across these positions, she played a central role in strengthening Regeneron’s global rewards strategy, aligning programs with business growth, and supporting the organisation’s expanding global footprint.
Prior to joining Regeneron, Marlin was Vice President, Total Rewards at Beacon Health Options, where she led compensation, benefits, wellness, HR technology, and the establishment of a consultative Total Rewards Centre of Excellence for a workforce of approximately 5,000 employees. Her earlier experience also includes senior Total Rewards leadership roles at Flexion Therapeutics and Nike, where she partnered closely with executive leadership on global rewards strategy, workforce planning, and analytics-driven decision-making.
Earlier in her career, Marlin spent nearly seven years at Celgene, holding multiple senior roles across compensation, global mobility, and HR business partnering during a period of rapid global expansion and M&A activity. She also built deep expertise in global compensation through roles at Nestlé, Novartis Consumer Health, Merck & Co., and Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, giving her a broad and global perspective on rewards strategy across pharmaceuticals, consumer health, and life sciences.
