Zurich, Switzerland, January 2026 — Rosanna Baumann has stepped into a new leadership role as Head of Organisational Development at Givaudan. In this position, she will lead the organisation’s global organisational development agenda, strengthening leadership capability, learning frameworks, and enterprise-wide people strategies.
Rosanna has been with Givaudan for over six years, most recently serving as Global Organisational Development Director, where she played a key role in shaping and advancing the company’s organisational development strategy on a global scale. Prior to that, she held the role of Solutions PMO & GBS Learning & Development Lead, driving governance frameworks, cross-stream synergies, and the execution of global learning and development initiatives in close collaboration with the Organisational Development Centre of Excellence.
Before joining Givaudan, Rosanna spent more than eight years at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services, where she worked as People Advisory Manager and People Advisory Senior Consultant. During her tenure, she led complex HR transformation, change management, and organisational design projects across multiple industries and geographies, including large-scale finance and HR transformations spanning Europe and Asia.
Earlier in her career, Rosanna worked as an International HR Recruitment Specialist at Talent Search People, gaining hands-on experience in global talent acquisition. She also gained early exposure to HR and corporate environments through roles with Philip Morris International and DB Schenker.
With a strong blend of consulting expertise and in-house leadership experience, Rosanna brings deep capability in organisational development, change management, and global learning strategies to her new role at Givaudan.
