In her new role, Maryse is responsible for leading Breadfast’s talent acquisition strategy, overseeing end-to-end recruitment for managerial and leadership roles, strengthening hiring processes, and partnering closely with senior leaders to support the company’s rapid growth and expansion. Her responsibilities include improving recruitment practices, managing the full candidate lifecycle, coaching recruitment teams, and aligning hiring strategies with evolving business needs.

Before talabat, Maryse was part of Majid Al Futtaim, where she progressed through multiple roles including Regional Talent Acquisition Senior Associate and Regional Total Rewards Associate. During her tenure, she supported large-scale hiring initiatives, developed diverse talent pipelines, contributed to compensation and benefits programs, conducted job evaluations, and supported HR systems and analytics across the region.

Earlier in her career, Maryse worked as Senior Specialist, HR Business Partner – Grants at The American University in Cairo, where she managed recruitment, staffing operations, HR documentation, and SAP HR transactions for externally funded projects. She also gained international technical hiring experience as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist at TALENCED, focusing on sourcing and hiring technology professionals across Europe.

Maryse began her professional journey with early exposure to the financial services sector as a trainee at Piraeus Bank, building a strong foundation that later supported her transition into strategic talent acquisition and human resources roles across diverse industries.
