Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 — Jayakumar A.S has started a new role as Vice President – Talent Acquisition at WinWire, where he will spearhead global talent acquisition initiatives across India, the United States and Rest of the World operations, strengthening leadership and specialist hiring across Generative AI, Analytics, Data Engineering and Application Development domains.
In his new mandate at WinWire, Jayakumar is driving global recruitment strategies, building high-performing technology and AI talent pipelines, and aligning hiring programs with business growth and transformation objectives across multiple geographies.
Prior to joining WinWire, Jayakumar served as Director – Talent Acquisition at Sigmoid, where he headed global hiring operations and strengthened analytics and data science talent pipelines for the organization.
Before this, he was Director – Talent Acquisition at Tredence Inc., where he played a pivotal role in scaling high-end Data Science, AI/ML and Cloud Data Engineering teams in India, while building Centers of Excellence across Supply Chain, Healthcare and BFSI analytics practices.
Earlier in his career, Jayakumar spent nearly three years with HCL Technologies as Group Manager – Human Resources, leading offshore talent acquisition for high-growth Engineering R&D verticals including Medical Devices and Office Automation, supporting global pharma and automation majors.
He also held leadership roles at BankBazaar as Senior Manager – Human Resources, and earlier at CRISIL GR&A (an S&P company) and HCL Technologies, where he built strong foundations in recruitment leadership, HR analytics and workforce planning.
Jayakumar holds a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Loyola College, Pondicherry University.
