Hoboken, New Jersey, United States, January 2026 — Unilever has appointed Renee Ferris as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Finance – North America, Beauty & Wellbeing, marking a strategic leadership addition as the global consumer goods major continues to strengthen financial stewardship and growth execution across its high-growth beauty and wellness portfolio in North America.
In her new role, Renee leads the finance strategy for Unilever’s North American Beauty & Wellbeing business group, overseeing commercial and supply-chain financial operations while driving disciplined growth, profitability, and long-term value creation across one of Unilever’s most strategically significant portfolios.
Most recently, Renee served at Javara as Vice President of Finance for close to two years, where she strengthened FP&A governance, board reporting rigor, revenue forecasting reliability and financial integration frameworks while providing strategic financial leadership to business development, expansion and commercialization initiatives.
Prior to Javara, Renee held global finance leadership roles at Haleon, leading finance for the Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements category exceeding multi-billion-dollar global revenues, while playing a pivotal role in the spin-off and listing of the newly formed consumer healthcare enterprise.
Earlier, she spent over three years at GSK as Senior Director, Finance, where she led global wellness portfolio financial strategy, enterprise marketing finance integration and major operational transformation programs.
Renee built her financial leadership foundation over more than sixteen years at Pfizer, progressing through senior finance leadership roles across U.S. consumer healthcare, global innovation, business development, M&A valuation, FP&A and brand finance — supporting portfolios including Advil, Thermacare and Emergen-C.
