Los Angeles, California, United States, January 2026 — JTB Americas Ltd has appointed Tosh Tatezawa as President & Chief Executive Officer, Americas Regional Headquarters, marking a significant leadership elevation within the global JTB Group’s Americas operations.
In his new role, Tosh Tatezawa will lead JTB’s regional strategy across the Americas, overseeing corporate business travel, MICE, leisure travel, and FIT services, while strengthening operational excellence, market expansion and long-term growth across North and Latin America.
Prior to this appointment, Tosh served as President & CEO of JTB USA, Inc., where he led U.S. operations while driving strategic growth across corporate travel and destination management portfolios. He earlier held the role of Vice President, Corporate Planning at JTB Americas, Ltd., shaping regional planning, governance and performance frameworks for the Americas headquarters.
He also previously served as President & CEO of JTB International (Canada) Ltd., leading Canadian operations and strengthening JTB’s footprint in the North American travel ecosystem. Earlier in his career, Tosh spent nearly two decades at JTB USA, Inc., holding senior leadership roles including Vice President, Contract & Revenue Management, General Manager, Corporate Planning, and General Manager, New Jersey Office, steadily building deep expertise in corporate travel, revenue strategy, and multi-market operations.
JTB Americas Ltd, established in 1964, is the first overseas subsidiary of JTB Corp. The company specializes in inbound and outbound travel services, including corporate business travel, MICE, leisure travel, and FIT arrangements, serving clients across the Americas as part of the global JTB Group network.
