London, United Kingdom, January 2026 — Charlotte Sayers has started a new position as Group Head of People and Culture at VSI / Voice & Script International, marking an important leadership milestone in her career with the global media localisation specialist.
In her new role, Charlotte Sayers is responsible for leading the group-wide people and culture agenda, supporting organisational growth, strengthening internal operations, and ensuring that people practices are closely aligned with VSI’s global strategy. Her remit spans talent, culture, operational management, and employee experience across VSI’s international footprint.
Charlotte has been with VSI / Voice & Script International for over six years and has progressed steadily through a range of roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she served as Head of HR and OM, where she played a key role in shaping human resources strategy, operational management, and change initiatives in a hybrid working environment. Prior to this, she held positions including Executive Assistant and Office Manager and PA and Office Manager, building strong expertise across stakeholder management, organisational support, and people operations.
Before joining VSI, Charlotte worked as PA and Office Manager at MNC Ltd, where she supported senior leadership and managed office operations in a fast-paced financial services environment. Earlier in her career, she served as PA to the F&B Director at Devonshire Club Limited, gaining hands-on experience in administrative leadership and hospitality operations.
Charlotte’s early professional background includes more than four years with Avanta Serviced Office Group, where she progressed from Service Coordinator to Senior Service Coordinator, overseeing customer experience, team leadership, health and safety, and operational delivery. She began her career in customer-facing leadership roles at Fitness First, serving as Member Service Manager and Receptionist, where she developed strong foundations in people management, service excellence, and operational discipline.
With her deep institutional knowledge of VSI and a broad background spanning people operations, office management, and organisational support, Charlotte Sayers is well positioned to lead the group’s people and culture function as the company continues to expand globally.
