Muscat, Masqaţ, Oman, January 2026 — Sulaiman AL-Wahaibi has taken on a new role as Chief People Officer at ESBAAR, marking a key leadership appointment as the company continues to scale its people and organisational capabilities.
In his new role, Sulaiman AL-Wahaibi is responsible for leading ESBAAR’s overall people strategy, including human resources, organisational development, and administrative functions, with a focus on supporting business growth, capability building, and workforce effectiveness.
Sulaiman has been with ESBAAR for nearly five years and brings strong continuity to the role. Prior to his elevation as Chief People Officer, he served as HR & Administration Manager, where he was responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions in Muscat, contributing to the company’s workforce development during a critical growth phase.
Earlier in his career, Sulaiman worked with Al Hilal Industrial Group as Human Resources & Administration Manager, further strengthening his experience across HR leadership, administration, and people operations within the industrial sector.
With his deep understanding of ESBAAR’s culture and operational environment, Sulaiman AL-Wahaibi is well positioned to lead the people agenda and support the company’s long-term strategic objectives.
