Dubai, United Arab Emirates, January 2026 — Toll Group has appointed Nafla Nabhan as Vice President Human Resources – Europe, Middle East and Africa, marking a significant leadership transition within the organisation’s regional people function.
In her new role, Nafla Nabhan will lead the human resources strategy across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, supporting Toll Group’s business priorities across diverse markets while strengthening workforce capability, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness.
Nafla has been part of Toll Group for nearly eight years, most recently serving as Regional HR Business Partner – UAE, Western & Southern Europe, and South Africa, where she supported multi-country operations and senior leadership teams. Prior to this, she held the role of Country HR Manager – UAE & Italy, playing a key role in aligning people strategy with regional business growth and operational transformation.
Before joining Toll Group, Nafla built strong foundational experience in the hospitality sector. She served as Human Resources Manager at Kempinski Hotels, following earlier roles at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, where she progressed through positions including Assistant Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Executive, and Human Resources Coordinator, gaining hands-on exposure across the full HR lifecycle.
She began her career with an HR internship at United Engineering Services LLC, a member of MB Holding Company LLC, in the Sultanate of Oman.
With deep regional expertise spanning the Middle East and Europe, and experience across logistics and hospitality environments, Nafla brings a strong people-centric leadership approach to her expanded EMEA mandate at Toll Group.
