Hyderabad, Telangana, India, January 2026 — VST Industries Limited has announced the appointment of Piyush Srivastava as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, effective March 2, 2026. With over 25 years of leadership experience across the FMCG and alco-beverage sectors in India and key Asian markets, he brings deep expertise in commercial strategy, sales and distribution, and large-scale business transformation.
In his new role, Piyush Srivastava will lead VST Industries Limited’s strategic direction and operational execution, focusing on strengthening market leadership, driving sustainable growth, and enhancing organisational performance in a dynamic consumer landscape.
Prior to this appointment, he has been associated with Pernod Ricard for over a decade, most recently serving as Chief Commercial Officer and Board Member at Pernod Ricard India. His earlier roles at the company included Managing Director, Pernod Ricard Hong Kong & Macau, and Vice President – Business & Commercial Development Asia, where he played a key role in steering regional growth strategies and complex market operations.
Before Pernod Ricard, he held senior leadership positions at PepsiCo, Marico Limited, and ITC Agro Tech Ltd, building strong capabilities across business development, sales leadership, and brand management. He also began his career with Tata Motors, gaining early exposure to product management and automotive marketing.
An engineer by training, Piyush Srivastava holds an MBA from premier institutions and has further strengthened his governance credentials through a Diploma for Company Director in Corporate Governance from The Hong Kong Institute of Directors.
