Phoenix, Arizona, United States, February 2026 — Jessie (Stinnett) DeHerrera has started a new position as Vice President of Talent at OnTrac, expanding her leadership scope to oversee enterprise talent strategy across the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, learning and development, internal mobility, succession planning, and leadership development.
Prior to her promotion, Jessie (Stinnett) DeHerrera served as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, Compliance, Internal Communications & Employment Brand at OnTrac, where she built the company’s talent acquisition function from the ground up. She led a nationwide team of up to 85 professionals and established scalable hiring systems supporting tens of thousands of frontline and corporate hires annually, while strengthening employment branding, compliance, and analytics-driven recruitment strategies.
Before joining OnTrac, she was Head of Recruitment at Avenue5 Residential, leading national full-cycle recruiting and partnering closely with executive leadership to align hiring strategy with organizational growth. She drove diversity initiatives, optimized applicant tracking systems, and built training frameworks to elevate hiring effectiveness across teams.
Earlier, Jessie served as Talent Acquisition Leader – Active Adult Division at Greystar, where she built recruitment programs and scalable hiring infrastructure for a new business platform. She also spent over a decade at Alliance Residential Company in progressively senior talent and business leadership roles, including Senior Talent Acquisition Leader, Talent Acquisition Advisor, and operational leadership positions, shaping workforce strategy and talent pipelines across multiple regions.
