Haarlem, North Holland, Netherlands, February 2026 – Teva Pharmaceuticals has appointed Deanne Kissinger as Chief Talent Officer, strengthening its global people strategy as the organization continues to evolve in a complex healthcare landscape.
In her new role, Deanne will lead enterprise-wide talent strategy, driving initiatives across talent management, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, skills-based transformation, and culture. Based in Haarlem, she will play a pivotal role in shaping Teva’s global talent agenda to support business growth and innovation.
Prior to joining Teva, Deanne served as Global Head of Talent Growth Platform at Syensqo (formerly part of Solvay), where she led talent management, L&D, performance management, engagement, rotational programs, and talent acquisition across a €7bn organization with 13,000 employees in 30 countries. She also previously held senior HR leadership roles at Solvay, including Executive Vice President HR, Materials, serving as strategic HR business partner to one of the company’s largest global business units.
Her earlier career includes senior talent leadership positions at Duke Energy Corporation, Honeywell, Diversey, and Sealed Air Corporation, where she led global talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. She also held commercial capability and learning leadership roles at Diageo, and began her career in organizational development at GlaxoSmithKline, driving significant change management programs.
An MBA graduate from Melbourne Business School, Deanne brings a powerful blend of global HR leadership experience across pharmaceuticals, energy, advanced materials, FMCG, and industrial sectors.
Her appointment underscores Teva’s commitment to strengthening its global talent architecture and advancing a future-ready, skills-based workforce.
