Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, February 2026 – Neha Kumar has been appointed as Senior General Manager – Talent Acquisition at Coromandel International Limited, bringing extensive experience in building and transforming talent acquisition functions across global organizations.
Prior to joining Coromandel, Neha served as Director at Chegg Inc., where she spearheaded India’s Talent Acquisition strategy for global business units spanning Technology, Product, Data Science, Marketing, Content, and Corporate functions. She designed scalable hiring frameworks aligned with global stakeholders across the U.S. and APAC, reduced time-to-fill, strengthened diversity hiring outcomes, optimized sourcing channels, and cut third-party recruitment spend. She also led the Workday integration for Talent Acquisition and introduced centralized dashboards to enhance data-driven decision-making. Beyond hiring, she oversaw Workplace Services and led a major office refurbishment initiative that significantly improved workspace utilization and employee satisfaction.
Earlier, Neha was Manager at KPMG Global Services (KGS), heading hiring for capability hubs and corporate functions while leading transformation initiatives to streamline candidate experience and talent pipelines. She also held leadership roles at Wipro, where she led recruitment for IMS, Telecom, and Enterprise Security verticals, and at GlobalLogic, managing full-cycle recruitment across service lines.
Her early career includes HR and recruitment leadership roles at Fiserv India and Planman Consulting, building strong expertise in campus hiring, leadership recruitment, analytics, and workforce planning.
Neha holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from Hamdard University and a BSc in Mathematics from Delhi University.
In her new role, Neha will lead Talent Acquisition strategy at Coromandel International Limited, supporting the organization’s growth across its nutrient, crop protection, specialty, and organic businesses.
