Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, February 2026 — Sonia Bali has stepped into the role of Vice President – Leadership Hiring Group at BUSINESSNEXT, marking a significant progression in her leadership journey within the organization.
In her new role, Sonia will lead the executive talent strategy with a sharp focus on building high-performing leadership teams that fuel business transformation and growth. Partnering closely with CXOs and business leaders, she is responsible for designing and delivering a recruitment experience that is agile, human-centric, and deeply aligned with BUSINESSNEXT’s product innovation and BFSI vision. Her expertise lies in identifying and onboarding senior talent across technology and non-technology domains, enabling enterprise-scale transformation.
Prior to this elevation, Sonia served as Assistant Vice President at BUSINESSNEXT, where she spearheaded Leadership and Impact Hiring initiatives. She played a critical role in strengthening executive hiring frameworks and aligning talent acquisition strategy with the company’s global growth ambitions.
Earlier, she held senior HR leadership roles at Infopro Learning, Inc. and Compunnel Digital, where she led Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, workforce planning, performance management systems (PMS), succession planning, and employer branding initiatives. Her experience also includes HR and recruitment leadership positions at CARS24, Xerox, Aon Hewitt, Hewitt Associates, and EXL Service, building deep expertise in scaling teams across technology-driven and high-growth environments.
Sonia holds a PGDBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, equipping her with a strong academic foundation in human capital strategy and organizational development. With over two decades of experience in talent strategy and leadership hiring, she continues to play a pivotal role in strengthening BUSINESSNEXT’s people and growth agenda.
