Melbourne, Australia, February 2026 — Rachel Palumbo has been appointed to the Executive Leadership Team at Nufarm, effective immediately, marking a significant expansion of her leadership responsibilities within the global agribusiness company.
Rachel currently serves as Global General Manager, Seeds, and brings more than 20 years of experience in agribusiness. In her expanded role, she will lead Nufarm’s seeds business “to the farm gate” — spanning research and development through to the grower experience. She will be accountable for driving commercial performance, delivering value for growers today, and building a strong and sustainable commercial future for the business.
Rachel leads global teams delivering commercially focused and innovative solutions for the agricultural sector and is widely recognised for her strong customer focus and proven leadership in complex markets. Her leadership approach combines commercial discipline with innovation, ensuring that Nufarm’s seed technologies continue to evolve alongside grower needs and global agricultural demands.
She holds an Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School, a Master’s degree in Communication from RMIT University, and a Bachelor of Business (Law & Marketing) from Monash University.
