Bengaluru, Karnataka ,India, March 2026 — Victoria Dell’Orto has stepped into the role of Head of Business Development, Partnerships and Consumer Strategy at Novo Nordisk, marking another significant milestone in her long-standing journey with the organization.
In her new position at Novo Nordisk, Victoria will lead strategic growth initiatives, forge key partnerships, and shape consumer-centric strategies to strengthen the company’s presence in chronic disease management. Her mandate includes advancing business development opportunities, expanding collaborative ecosystems, and driving long-term value creation aligned with Novo Nordisk’s mission to defeat serious chronic diseases.
Victoria has been with Novo Nordisk for over 14 years, progressing through a series of senior leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Business Unit Senior Director, Obesity in India, where she played a critical role in driving commercial excellence and advancing the company’s obesity portfolio. Prior to that, she held the position of Commercial Director – Commercial Affairs & Strategy – International Operations, contributing to strategic initiatives across markets.
Earlier in her career, Victoria co-founded Framesportal.com, demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit and strategic acumen. She also gained experience in marketing consulting at Unico-First AG in Switzerland, editorial leadership at the University of St. Gallen’s Mergers & Acquisitions Review, and advisory roles at KPMG in financial services and tax advisory.
With a diverse background spanning commercial strategy, entrepreneurship, consulting, and global healthcare leadership, Victoria Dell’Orto’s appointment underscores Novo Nordisk’s focus on strengthening strategic partnerships and consumer-driven innovation in India.
