In her new position at Qblox, Evelyn will lead the global people and culture agenda, shaping talent strategy, organizational design, and leadership development to support the company’s rapid growth. As Qblox advances its scalable and low-latency qubit control technology for academic laboratories and institutions worldwide, her mandate includes building a high-performing, purpose-driven workforce aligned with scientific innovation and commercial expansion.

Prior to joining Qblox, Evelyn took a one-year career transition period in Amsterdam. She previously spent nearly 11 years at Patagonia, most recently serving as Head of People and Culture – International Region (EMEA, APAC, LATAM). In this role, she led the international people strategy and fostered a culture aligned with Patagonia’s mission-driven ethos. Earlier at Patagonia, she served as HR Director EMEA for almost eight years.

Before Patagonia, Evelyn held senior HR leadership roles across global organizations including Gategroup as Director, Global Group HR Practice and Industrial Relations; Self Help Africa (NGO) as Head of Human Resources, working across multiple African countries; Mondelēz International (formerly Cadbury) as HR Director across Ireland and Russia; and Georgia-Pacific LLC as Human Resources Director. She began her career in logistics and customer services at Mars.

With extensive international experience spanning Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America, Evelyn Doyle brings deep expertise in global HR transformation, culture building, and leadership alignment within complex, mission-driven organizations.

Her appointment as Qblox’s first CHRO reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its organizational foundations as it competes in the global race toward quantum advantage.

Based in the Netherlands and a spinoff of QuTech, the company develops scalable, low-latency qubit control equipment and is the sole provider of integrated quantum control stacks.
