Delhi/NCR, India, March 2026 – Jaspreet Kaur has started a new position as Assistant Vice President Human Resources at Orris Group, bringing over 18 years of comprehensive HR leadership experience across real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, and IT sectors.
In her new role at Orris Group, Jaspreet will focus on strengthening talent acquisition, employer branding, and HR strategy alignment to support the organization’s diversified growth across real estate, hospitality, warehousing, entertainment, and education. Her mandate is expected to further integrate people strategy with business expansion and operational excellence across projects in the Delhi/NCR region.
Prior to joining Orris Group, Jaspreet served as Assistant Vice President Human Resources at Raheja Developers Ltd., where she led end-to-end HR strategy for multiple projects, corporate teams, and sales operations. She oversaw payroll, contractor management, employee engagement, compliance, PMS, HRMS initiatives, and served as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on organizational health and productivity.
Earlier, she spent nearly five years as Senior General Manager – HR at Signature Global, heading HR functions for corporate offices and 38 construction sites. During her tenure, she played a key role in business transformation and the company’s IPO journey, led organization design and senior leadership hiring, drove HR digitization initiatives including SAP & HRMS implementation, and contributed to achieving Great Place to Work certification. Her leadership spanned Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, OD, culture building, compliance governance, and performance-driven frameworks.
Jaspreet has also held Head HR roles at Greenply Industries Limited, OK Play India Limited, and TDI Infrastructure Limited, managing corporate and plant HR operations across multiple business units. Additionally, she worked as an HR & IR Consultant supporting infrastructure, manufacturing, IT, and KPO organizations with strategic HR interventions, compensation frameworks, organizational development, and compliance systems.
