Hyderabad, Telangana, India, March 2026 – Coforge has appointed Sreerakhi Sashidharan as Senior Director HR, strengthening its leadership as the organization continues to scale its global digital transformation capabilities and workforce strategy.
This appointment comes at a time when Coforge is accelerating growth across industries through emerging technologies such as Agentic AI, cloud, and intelligent automation, placing a strong emphasis on building agile, high-performance teams to support its expanding global footprint.
Sreerakhi Sashidharan joins Coforge after serving as Head of Human Resources at Aggne, where she led the HR function and played a key role in driving people strategy, talent management, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-evolving technology environment.
Prior to this, she worked at Tech Mahindra as Lead Operations Manager, contributing to operational excellence and people management in large-scale delivery environments, further strengthening her expertise in aligning HR practices with business outcomes.
She also held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at RealPage, Inc., where she partnered closely with business leaders to drive talent strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she served as Human Resources Manager at Belcan and [x]cube LABS, gaining experience across HR operations, talent management, and workforce planning in technology-driven organizations.
Sreerakhi began her career with a long tenure at Genpact, where she spent over a decade building deep expertise in HR management, employee relations, and large-scale workforce operations, laying a strong foundation for her leadership journey.
Sreerakhi holds a CHRO Certification from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, along with an Executive Development Program in HR Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. She also earned her MBA in General Management from Western International University, further strengthening her strategic HR leadership capabilities.
