Hyderabad, Telangana, India, March 2026 – Seosaph-Infotech has announced the appointment of Phanindra Venkata G. as Business Head – Product Strategy & Customer Success, marking a significant step in strengthening its leadership for AI-led innovation and customer-centric growth.
In this role, Phanindra will lead the company’s strategic initiatives across product strategy, platform evolution, customer success, and AI-driven innovation, enabling enterprises to transition from data to decision intelligence with greater speed and clarity.
Most recently, Phanindra served as Senior Product Manager at Salesforce, where he led GenAI-powered product and platform initiatives, delivering over 40+ AI workflows and 25+ HRMS integrations, contributing to significant business impact including $30M ACV and a $100M+ pipeline growth. He also drove innovations in digital platforms that enhanced customer experience and service efficiency.
Prior to Salesforce, he worked as Senior Product Manager – Technical at Amazon, where he played a key role in re-architecting Appstore search using LLM technologies, improving conversion metrics and reducing latency. He also led the development of AI-assisted developer ecosystems, enhancing productivity and accelerating release cycles at scale.
Earlier in his career, Phanindra spent over eight years at Microsoft, where he contributed to building large-scale data ecosystems and AI-enabled supply chain solutions. He led initiatives that unified massive data sources to enable real-time decision-making and significantly improved operational efficiency across global systems.
He began his professional journey with roles at UnitedHealth Group, IBM, and Value Momentum, where he developed strong foundations in software engineering, enterprise systems, and product development, working across telecom, healthcare, and e-commerce domains.
Phanindra holds a PGDM in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, further strengthening his strategic and leadership capabilities.
