Bracknell,, England, United Kingdom, April 2026 — Deepa Nair has joined Mastek as Head of Talent Acquisition – UKI & Europe, bringing extensive experience across recruitment leadership, talent acquisition strategy, technical hiring, vendor management, public sector recruitment, contract staffing, and talent pipeline development.
In her new role at Mastek, Deepa Nair will lead talent acquisition for the UKI and Europe region, supporting the company’s hiring strategy as it continues to expand its enterprise AI, digital, and cloud services capabilities across global markets.
Before joining Mastek in this expanded leadership role, Deepa served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Netcompany, where she supported recruitment for a pan-European IT services organization focused on complex digital transformation journeys.
Deepa has also previously worked with Mastek, where she held roles including Manager – Recruitment, Assistant Manager – Recruitment, and IT Recruiter. During this period, she managed technical recruitment for permanent and contract roles, supported direct sourcing, managed preferred supplier lists, contributed to public sector bid hiring, and handled security clearance processes for selected candidates.
Earlier, Deepa worked as Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hays and held recruitment roles with Tech Mahindra Business Services, Wipro Infotech, and Elixir – Web Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. Across these roles, she built strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, niche and senior-level hiring, vendor management, campus hiring, candidate screening, offer closures, and team training.
