Toronto, Ontario, Canada, April 2026 — Avisek D. has joined The Talent Care Group as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing extensive experience across strategic HR leadership, talent architecture, succession planning, organization transformation, culture performance, digital HR, learning and development, and leadership capability building.
In his new role, Avisek D. will lead strategic people and growth initiatives, partnering with founders and leadership teams on business-aligned HR strategy, talent architecture, succession planning, organization design, culture and performance systems, digital HR, workforce scalability, and C-suite advisory.
Before joining The Talent Care Group, Avisek served as Head – Learning and Development (Corporate) & Content at Aditya Birla Capital, where he set the strategic direction for enterprise learning and development, partnered with the CHRO on a five-year HR strategy, and led leadership development, assessment centres, succession planning, and senior leadership development initiatives.
Earlier, he served as Associate Vice President & Head – Digital Learning at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he led the bank’s digital learning transformation journey and built a digital-first learning ecosystem supported by analytics, governance, and business-aligned learning interventions.
Avisek also held multiple roles with Reliance Retail, including Head – Learning Technology, Digital Media Factory & Talent Marketplace, Head – L&D Planning & Execution, Senior Manager – Learning & Development, and Manager – L&D, contributing to enterprise learning, leadership development, talent mobility, learning technology, competency-based development, and succession planning.
His earlier career includes roles with Virtela Technology Services, Tech Mahindra Business Services, Tesco, Mindspace Human Capital Services, HP, and United Patients, London, where he built strong expertise in organizational development, facilitation, leadership workshops, customer experience coaching, communication training, and international training operations.
