In this role, Iti Engers will focus on strengthening Neon’s talent and culture strategy, supporting the organization’s ambition to build a high-performing, globally distributed workforce aligned with its purpose-driven growth.

Iti Engers brings extensive experience in talent acquisition, HR strategy, and culture transformation across global organizations. Prior to joining Neon, she was the Founder of Allinha, where she championed the philosophy that “culture is a product” — emphasizing its visibility, evolution, and strategic importance in organizations.

Before that, she held multiple leadership roles at Netflix, including Head of Talent Acquisition, Brazil and Head of Talent Acquisition, Latam, where she led regional hiring strategies, built diverse teams across Latin America, and partnered closely with business leaders on performance, culture, and compensation frameworks.

Earlier in her career, she worked with leading global organizations such as Facebook, Oracle, and Dell, contributing to talent strategy, HR business partnering, and large-scale recruitment initiatives across complex and fast-growing environments.

Her career reflects a strong focus on building high-impact teams, driving inclusion and diversity, and aligning talent strategies with business outcomes, making her well-positioned to support Neon’s next phase of growth.

About Neon

The company fosters a global, flexible, and diverse workforce through its #NeonEmTodoCanto policy, enabling employees to work from anywhere while building an inclusive and high-performing culture.
