Seattle, Washington, United States, April 2026 – Jessica Bezzina has been promoted to Senior Vice President – People Team at Expedia Group, marking a significant milestone in her 14-year journey with the organization.
In her expanded role, Jessica Bezzina will lead the Product & Technology HR Business Partner teams along with the Geographic People Team, focusing on employee relations, investigations, and social relations. Reflecting on her journey, she expressed gratitude for the experiences, relationships, and opportunities that have shaped her career and shared her excitement about stepping into this broader leadership mandate.
Prior to this promotion, Jessica Bezzina served as Vice President – People Partner (Product & Technology) at Expedia Group, where she led HR business partnering for critical technology functions, supporting organizational growth and talent strategy.
Earlier, she held multiple leadership roles within Expedia Group, including Vice President – People Partner (HRBP & Employee Relations Leader) across global markets, where she built strong expertise in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and HR strategy.
She also served as Senior Director – Human Resources Business Partner and Director – People Partner (HRBP) across regions including Seattle, Singapore, and Australia, contributing to the company’s global HR transformation and people strategy.
Before joining Expedia Group, she worked with Ausgrid as a Senior HR Business Partner, where she partnered with business leaders on talent management, employee relations, and organizational initiatives.
She also held roles at Lloyds Banking Group as HR Lead – Program Management Office Recruitment, contributing to large-scale transformation programs, and at Hoyts as HR Manager, building foundational experience in HR operations and business partnering.
