Boston, Massachusetts, United States, April 2026 – Kyndryl has announced the elevation of Mark Paulek to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), marking a significant leadership transition as the company continues to strengthen its global people strategy. In this role, Mark will lead Kyndryl’s global HR function, focusing on enabling its workforce to thrive, drive innovation, and deliver mission-critical impact for customers worldwide.
Sharing his thoughts on the elevation, Mark Paulek emphasized the central role of Kyndryl’s people in driving its culture, innovation, and customer success, and expressed his commitment to building an environment where every employee can grow, contribute meaningfully, and do their best work.
Prior to this elevation, Mark Paulek served as Senior Vice President – Human Resources at Kyndryl, where he played a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy during its formative years as an independent organization.
Before joining Kyndryl, he held leadership roles at Aptiv, where he served as Vice President – Human Resources, leading HR strategy across global technology and operations functions, supporting innovation and transformation initiatives.
Earlier, Mark served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Fiserv, and as Interim Chief Human Resources Officer at Chamberlain Group, demonstrating his capability in leading HR functions at scale across complex organizations.
He also spent over 14 years at Honeywell, where he held multiple senior HR leadership roles across global businesses and regions, including Europe, Middle East & Africa, and North America. During this period, he led large-scale HR transformation, talent strategy, and organizational development initiatives across diverse business units.
Mark began his career with roles at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, CNH, and General Electric, building a strong foundation in HR strategy, business consulting, and organizational development.
