In her new role, Neha Sharma will lead strategic HR initiatives, driving people practices, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategies aligned with Brookfield Properties’ growth across its real estate portfolio in India.
Prior to this promotion, Neha Sharma served as General Manager – Human Resources at Brookfield Properties, where she led HR strategy and operations across key business functions. Earlier, she held the role of Deputy General Manager – Human Resources, contributing to organizational development and HR transformation initiatives.
She also worked as Senior Manager – Human Resources & Administration and Manager – HR & Administration, steadily expanding her leadership responsibilities and strengthening HR systems, employee engagement, and operational excellence within the organization.
Before joining Brookfield Properties, Neha Sharma was associated with Leighton Asia as Assistant Manager, where she gained valuable experience in HR and administrative functions within the infrastructure and construction domain.
