Brisbane, Queensland – Zacory Taylor has recently embarked on a new journey with Queensland Treasury Corporation (QTC), stepping into the role of Director HR Operations, Remuneration & Systems. Taylor brings extensive experience in human resources, having honed his skills across various leading organizations, contributing over a decade of expertise to his new role at QTC.
Before joining QTC, Taylor was instrumental at G8 Education Ltd, where he led as the Head of People Support and previously as Head of People Systems, Diversity & Inclusion. During his tenure, he significantly enhanced HR functions by integrating innovative people support strategies and diversity programs from May 2022 to March 2024.
Prior to his achievements at G8 Education, Taylor served as the Executive Manager of Workforce & Talent Acquisition at YMCA Victoria from March 2018 until April 2020, where he oversaw major initiatives in workforce planning and talent acquisition, significantly contributing to strategic hiring and workforce development.
His earlier roles include significant leadership positions at Westpac, where he was involved in business and operations management within the Consumer Bank division and spearheaded sales and service excellence strategies across the organization from December 2015 to March 2018.
