With over 18 years of experience in industrial HR, industrial relations, and compliance, he brings strong expertise in building effective people practices and supporting organizational excellence. His appointment is expected to strengthen Healthium Medtech’s HR capabilities as the company continues to expand its global medical devices footprint.
Before joining Healthium Medtech Limited, Kumaraswamy HGM served as HR Business Partner at Alstom for nearly a decade. Prior to that, he was associated with IFB Industries Ltd as Plant HR Head and with MSPL Limited as Senior Executive HR. These roles reflect a strong and progressive HR leadership journey across industrial relations, plant HR, compliance, and workforce management.
His professional background highlights deep experience in recruitment, training, payroll, statutory compliance, contract labour management, and factory compliance. This blend of plant-level and strategic HR exposure positions him well for his new role at Healthium Medtech, where building effective people practices and supporting operational excellence will remain central to business growth.
Academically, Kumaraswamy HGM holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Mangalore University. With experience spanning Healthium Medtech Limited, Alstom, IFB Industries Ltd, and MSPL Limited, he brings a strong and well-rounded human resources profile to his new appointment.
