Dubai, United Arab Emirates, April 2026 — Aditya Singh has been promoted to a new position as Vice President & Head of Planning (Splash Fashions) at Landmark Group. The elevation marks a significant milestone in his journey with the organization and reflects the company’s confidence in his leadership across planning, merchandising, supply chain, and commercial strategy functions. In his new role, he is expected to further strengthen business planning, merchandise finance, and commercial decision-making for Splash Fashions, one of the region’s leading fashion retail businesses.
Before this promotion, Aditya Singh served at Landmark Group as Head of Planning & Merchandising – Splash Fashions, where he was part of the management team leading commercial strategy, business planning, and merchandise finance planning for a fashion retailer with a business scale of over USD 500 million in the GCC. His responsibilities included margins and markdown management, pricing strategy, pricing architecture, buy budget optimization, in-season open-to-buy management, inventory planning, and supply network management across nearly 200 retail stores in seven GCC countries.
Earlier in his tenure at Landmark Group, he held the roles of Head of Strategy & Supply Chain – Splash Fashions, where he led strategic initiatives and key business projects, and Head of Supply Chain – Splash Fashion, where he managed end-to-end supply chain operations for both trading and non-trading goods. He had also served as Assistant Manager Supply Chain – Splash Fashion, giving him a strong progression within the company and a broad view of retail operations, planning, merchandising, and supply chain leadership.
Prior to joining Landmark Group, Aditya Singh built early leadership experience through the Aditya Birla Group Leadership Programs, where he worked across strategic and market-facing assignments. During this period, he served as Manager – Strategic Business Alliance at Aditya Birla Capital, identifying digital asset gaps and engaging with fintech entities globally to build long-term partnerships and growth opportunities. He also worked with Birla Carbon as Global Market Development Manager – Energy Systems and earlier as Internal Consultant – New Market Entry, where he helped shape market-entry strategies, product launches, and business cases in emerging sectors. He also had a stint at Grasim Industries Limited | Pulp & Fibre as Manager – Marketing Strategy, where he worked with major apparel brands to identify value creation opportunities.
He began his professional career at Reliance Industries Limited as Manager – Projects (Oil and Gas), where he contributed to large-scale project execution, planning, scheduling, monitoring, and pipeline implementation in one of India’s major coal bed methane projects. Earlier, he also gained exposure through internships and campus roles, including a summer internship with KHS GmbH and responsibilities as Recruitment Coordinator at Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Gandhi Nagar. Across his career, he has developed a diverse leadership profile spanning retail, supply chain, strategy, business alliances, market development, and industrial project execution.
Aditya Singh holds a Management Acceleration Program diploma from INSEAD and a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. His educational foundation, combined with his strong cross-functional experience, has helped shape his progression into senior leadership roles in the retail sector.
