Memphis, Tennessee, United States, April 2026 – Erin Everitt has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Anovo, marking a strategic leadership addition as the company continues to scale its operations and strengthen its patient-centric mission.
In this role, Erin Everitt will lead Anovo’s global people strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, workforce development, compensation strategy, and employee experience, while ensuring the organization continues to attract and retain high-performing talent. Her appointment comes at a pivotal time as Anovo expands its capabilities to support rare disease patients and manufacturing partners.
Prior to joining Anovo, Erin Everitt spent nearly a decade with McKinsey & Company, where she held multiple senior leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Partner and Deputy General Counsel – Strategic Legal, leading six global legal teams and overseeing approximately 90 legal professionals across areas including data privacy, corporate, employment law, and international trade. She also advised senior leadership on human capital strategy and organizational development.
Earlier at McKinsey & Company, she held leadership roles as Partner and Deputy General Counsel – People Legal and Deputy General Counsel, where she led global employment and immigration law teams, supporting operations across multiple regions including North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. Her work involved advising on compensation policies, workforce strategy, and critical people-related initiatives at scale.
Before her tenure at McKinsey, she served with the United States Attorney’s Office in both the Civil and Criminal Divisions, where she handled employment litigation, healthcare fraud cases, and complex legal proceedings. She began her legal career with White & Case LLP and Bass, Berry & Sims, building strong expertise in litigation and corporate law.
Erin Everitt holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Southern Methodist University, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Georgetown University Law Center, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Rhodes College.
