Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2026 — Ashwin Avil Pinto has joined Fime as Director HR – India. His appointment marks an important leadership move for the organization as it continues to support secure solutions across payments, smart mobility, and digital identity. With extensive experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, organizational strategy, and global people programs, he brings a strong people leadership profile to this role.
Before joining Fime, Ashwin Avil Pinto served as Associate Director – HR Business Partner at LTM, where he led HR strategy for a global service line with workforce spread across Europe, the United States, and APAC. In that role, he acted as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people and organizational priorities, led employee experience programs, supported restructuring and talent transitions, partnered with global HR teams on lifecycle programs, resolved complex employee relations matters, and championed diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Prior to that, he spent more than seven years at Infosys as Human Resources Business Partner, based in Poland, where he designed and implemented HR strategies for multiple European countries. His work included partnering with works councils and business leaders, leading entity setups, M&A integrations, staff transition projects, HR due diligence, union negotiations, employee relations programs, leadership enablement, talent criticality analysis, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives. He also contributed to operational efficiency savings through strategic HR initiatives.
Earlier, he worked at Accenture as People Advisor – Senior Analyst, where he led an HR business partner team and handled talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, change management, performance management, compensation, and employee relations for a large employee base. He also took a period as a Freelance Human Resources Consultant, during which he supported HR process and policy setup for a Dubai-based organization and volunteered in the education space.
Before that, Ashwin Avil Pinto held the role of Senior Associate Lead – BP HR at Infosys in Mangaluru, where he led HR operations for large talent groups and drove initiatives in rewards and recognition, employee satisfaction, recruitment, retention, and engagement. Earlier in his career, he worked at Wipro Technologies as Senior Executive, Talent Engagement & Development (HR), supporting performance appraisal, promotion cycles, compensation and benefits, engagement initiatives, perception surveys, and attrition management across multi-location and multi-geography teams. He began his professional journey as Jr. Accountant & Administrator at Wilson Surveyors and Adjustors Pvt. Ltd., where he handled accounting and administrative responsibilities.
His career reflects deep and progressive experience across HR strategy, business partnering, employee relations, restructuring, labor law, global workforce management, inclusion, and organizational development. With leadership exposure across India, Europe, the Middle East, and multinational business environments, Ashwin Avil Pinto brings a well-rounded and international HR perspective to his new role at Fime.
Ashwin Avil Pinto also holds an EPGDHRM in Human Resource from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, adding strong academic grounding to his professional HR journey.
