Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Avneet Goel has taken on a new role as Senior Vice President – Business Development, leading Redevelopment Projects at Puravankara Limited. In this role, he will focus on urban transformation, stakeholder collaboration, and long-term value creation through redevelopment-led growth opportunities.
Avneet joins this role with strong experience in real estate business development, land acquisition, tenant relations, and redevelopment projects. Prior to Puravankara Limited, he served as Vice President of Business Development at Sunteck Realty Ltd, where he was involved in business development, land acquisition, and stakeholder management.
Earlier, Avneet spent over 13 years with HBS Realtors Pvt Ltd, where he headed Land Acquisition & Tenant Relations, focusing on redevelopment projects in South Mumbai. He worked closely with departments such as architecture, approvals, and legal to enable viable redevelopment proposals and support business growth.
Before his real estate leadership journey, Avneet held director-level roles at Citron Technologies Pvt Ltd, Soham Enterprises Pvt Ltd, and Esskay Synfab Pvt Ltd, gaining entrepreneurial and management experience across business operations, technology-enabled AV solutions, and enterprise leadership. He holds an MMS in Marketing from IES Management.
