Colombo, Sri Lanka, May 2026 – Radesh Daluwatte has taken on a new challenge as Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer at Ceyline Holdings Pvt Ltd, marking a significant leadership move within one of Sri Lanka’s most diversified conglomerates. In this role, he will lead the group’s strategic direction, drive transformation, and strengthen its position as a trusted maritime and logistics solutions provider.
Radesh Daluwatte joins Ceyline Holdings Pvt Ltd with extensive leadership experience across global energy, industrial, and logistics sectors. Most recently, he worked as a Consultant and Senior Leader (Freelance), following his tenure at Linde plc, where he served as Project Director – Southeast Asia and Head of On-Site Account Management (India). His work at Linde focused on strategic transformation, operational excellence, and large-scale project leadership across geographies.
A significant part of his career was spent with Linde Group Sri Lanka, where he served as Managing Director / CEO, leading the business through growth, transformation, and market expansion across industrial gases, engineering, and healthcare sectors.
Prior to Linde, he held leadership roles at Litro Gas Lanka Limited as Director – Sales & Marketing, where he managed a large-scale national business portfolio, and at Shell, where he spent over a decade in senior sales and marketing roles, including Director – Sales & Marketing Shell Gas Lanka, driving business growth, P&L management, and market expansion.
He began his professional journey with Singapore Technologies Engineering Ventures, building foundational expertise in marketing and business development.
Radesh holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business, strengthening his strategic leadership and business acumen.
