Prakriti has been associated with Bernstein for nearly two years, previously serving as Vice President Human Resources, where she contributed to HR strategy, business partnering, talent support, and people-focused initiatives for the organization.
Before joining Bernstein, Prakriti spent over a decade with Morgan Stanley, where she served as Vice President Human Resources Business Partner and earlier as a Summer Intern. During her tenure, she built strong expertise in HR consulting, employee advisory, stakeholder partnership, and business-aligned people practices.
With more than 12 years of human resources experience across financial services and global organizations, Prakriti brings strong HR leadership, advisory, and business partnering capabilities to her elevated role.
