Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 — Nickil Baswan has joined Raymond Group as Vice President & Group Head – Corporate Affairs, where he will lead corporate affairs, public policy, stakeholder engagement, brand building, CSR, and sustainability across the Group’s diversified businesses.
Before joining Raymond Group, Nickil served as Chief Executive Officer at NeoGnx Solutions Private Limited, where he led public relations, government engagement, strategic communications, crisis management, business development, CSR, and sustainability advisory.
Earlier, Nickil spent nearly eight years with Cipla, serving as Senior Vice President & Group Head – Corporate Affairs & Policy and previously as Vice President & Group Head – Corporate Affairs & Policy. He also held senior corporate affairs and policy leadership roles at GE, Monsanto, The Coca-Cola Company, ICICI Bank, and Wockhardt.
Nickil began his career as an Army Officer with the Indian Army, serving during Operation Vijay and gaining strong experience in operations, strategy, logistics, and high-level coordination. He holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and completed certificate courses in public policy, regulatory affairs, quality, and safety from Harvard University.
