Surat, Gujarat, India, May 2026 – KPI Green Energy Ltd has appointed Vinod Jain as President – Investor Relation, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues expanding its presence in the solar and hybrid energy sector.
In his new role, Vinod will lead investor relations strategy and stakeholder engagement, managing both buy-side and sell-side relationships while supporting the company’s long-term growth vision, financial communication, and market positioning.
Before joining KPI Green Energy Ltd, Vinod Jain served as Chief Financial Officer at Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited, where he worked closely with leadership on business strategy, fundraising, governance, compliance, process automation, and organizational transformation during a high-growth phase for the company.
Earlier, he was Group Chief Financial Officer at Green Gene Enviro Protection and Infrastructure Ltd, a pan-India environmental solutions company focused on converting hazardous and municipal waste into energy. In this role, he led business strategy, restructuring, financial planning, governance, due diligence, and IPO planning while building systems and scalable organizational processes.
Vinod also spent over a decade with Cadila Pharmaceuticals across multiple senior leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer, Joint President – Finance & Accounts, Senior Vice President – Finance & Accounts, and Vice President – Finance & Accounts. During his tenure, he led large-scale finance operations, M&A activities, restructuring initiatives, business planning, supply chain transformation, taxation, compliance, and strategic financial management for one of India’s leading pharmaceutical companies.
Prior to that, he worked with Aurobindo Pharma as Head – Finance (Emerging Market Formulation Business), overseeing financial operations across more than 80 countries and implementing systems for budgeting, MIS, and performance monitoring.
He has also held leadership positions at Vaibhav Global Limited, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Raymond, and Ambuja Cements, building extensive expertise across investor relations, finance, restructuring, funding, governance, and strategic business transformation.
KPI Green Energy Ltd is the solar and hybrid power vertical of KP Group and is one of Gujarat’s prominent renewable energy companies. Incorporated in 2008, the company develops, builds, owns, operates, and maintains solar and hybrid power projects through Independent Power Producer (IPP) and Captive Power Producer (CPP) models under the brand name “Solarism.”
