San Jose, California, United States, May 2026 – Stryker has promoted Lindsey Accornero Larson to Senior Director, Human Resources for the Endoscopy Business Unit, recognizing her continued leadership across human resources transformation, employee engagement, organizational culture, and strategic people partnership.
In her expanded leadership role, Lindsey will support the Endoscopy business by driving strategic HR initiatives, strengthening leadership capability, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and advancing people-focused programs aligned with Stryker’s growth and innovation agenda.
Prior to this promotion, Lindsey Accornero Larson served as Director, Human Resources (Endo Shared) at Stryker, where she partnered closely with leadership teams to support talent strategy, employee engagement, and business transformation initiatives across the organization.
Earlier, she held the role of Director, Human Resources (DRE) and previously worked as Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Digital, Robotics, and Enabling Technologies (DRE), where she served as a strategic advisor to senior leadership teams. In these roles, she focused on change management, culture building, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and enabling strategic business priorities through people-focused initiatives.
Lindsey also played a key role in strengthening Stryker’s employee relations framework during her tenure as Senior Employee Relations Manager, where she contributed to building a newly established center of excellence within the company’s Corporate Workplace Practices function. She led complex workplace investigations, supported organizational integrity initiatives, advised leaders on employee relations matters, and facilitated respectful workplace programs across multiple divisions.
Before joining Stryker, Lindsey served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Planned Parenthood Northern California, where she led initiatives spanning leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, recruitment transformation, compensation strategy, and diversity and inclusion alignment. She also established leadership development programs aimed at improving retention, employee experience, and workforce capability.
Earlier in her career, Lindsey spent more than a decade with Nordstrom across multiple progressive leadership positions including Rack Store Manager, Divisional Retail Merchandiser, and Department Sales Manager. During this period, she built strong expertise in talent development, leadership coaching, organizational operations, employee engagement, workforce planning, and performance management while leading large-scale retail teams and operational functions.
